Today’s hip hop song is “Roll Big” by Potluck Feat. Kottonmouth Kings. I’d write more but I’m in a hurry. Check out the WSM tomorrow!

Thursday Instrumental

This is my favorite day of the week for this blog. There’s nothing like a great high while listening to an awesome instrumental band. So since I’m in a good mood, I’ve got one of my favorites back for today’s instrumental. This Will Destroy You is the band and “The World is Our _____” is the song (yes the underscore is part of the title). So enjoy it and check out the other Thursday Instrumentals.

Tuesday’s Joint

Just because I mentioned it yesterday, I’m posting Zero 7’s “Destiny.” This song is song by Sia and Sophie Barker. It’s another great song to fade away to, so check out yesterday’s song “In the Waiting Line” and toke up.

Today’s getaway is Zero 7’s “In the Waiting Line.” The singer is Sophie Barker. she has a couple of other songs with Zero 7, my favorite being “Destiny” which she sings with Sia. One of my favorite things to do is smoke a bowl, lay in my bed in complete darkness and listen to my iPod and this song is one of the first songs I play. If you let go, you can really get lost in the song. So let it take you away after another crappy Monday.

Weekend Stoner Movie

I’ve got a documentary for this WSM. I just finished watching it and thought I must post this. It’s about the British Columbia green trade but it has mostly American stats. It’s long but well worth it. Link below in red

Movie Info:
BC’s illegal marijuana trade industry has evolved into a business giant, dubbed by some involved as ‘The Union’, Commanding upwards of $7 billion Canadian annually. With up to 85% of ‘BC Bud’ being exported to the United States, the trade has become an international issue. Follow filmmaker Adam Scorgie as he demystifies the underground market and brings to light how an industry can function while remaining illegal. Through growers, police officers, criminologists, economists, doctors, politicians and pop culture icons, Scorgie examines the cause and effect nature of the business – an industry that may be profiting more by being illegal.

It’s Friday and I’m back with a Hip Hop joint for ya. It’s Atmosphere’s “God’s Bathroom Floor.” It talks about harder stuff than green but it’s worth the chillness. It’s a great song to play while sitting in a circle with friends passing a joint in a dark ass room. Sounds like a perfect night doesn’t it? Lol, enjoy your weekend and look out for the WSM.
